At IFH/Intherm 2026 in Nuremberg, TillerStack showcased the latest capabilities of Osra+, combining remote support, AI-powered knowledge access, and hands-free assistance.

From April 14–17, 2026, visitors met the TillerStack team at booth 317.S in Hall 4, located in the start-up area of partner VdZ.

Osra+ supports technicians through monocular smart glasses that display relevant information directly in their field of view. Voice control enables hands-free operation, while remote video calls allow experts to assist technicians on site and add instructions or AR annotations to the live image.

Technicians can also access video tutorials, checklists, and stored company knowledge. An AI-powered search helps them find relevant information quickly, while selected content can remain available offline in areas with limited connectivity.

Beyond supporting individual assignments, Osra+ helps companies preserve expert knowledge, accelerate onboarding, and document work consistently. This allows experienced specialists to support multiple teams remotely while reducing unnecessary travel and service interruptions.

IFH/Intherm provided an ideal platform to demonstrate how digital assistance can be integrated into everyday workflows across the HVAC and building technology sectors.
