From March 17–20, 2026, TillerStack presented Osra+ at SHK+E ESSEN, demonstrating how hands-free digital assistance can support technicians in their daily work.
At booth 1D08.4 in Hall 1, visitors experienced Osra+ live and explored practical applications for service, maintenance, and installation processes.

Osra+ provides technicians with relevant information directly in their field of view via monocular smart glasses. Voice control keeps both hands free, while video calls connect field technicians with remote experts whenever additional support is required. Experts can see the situation from the technician’s perspective and add instructions or AR annotations to the live image.

The platform also provides access to tutorials, checklists, and company knowledge, helping businesses solve problems faster, document work consistently, and preserve valuable expertise.

TillerStack also presented the session “Smart Glasses in the Toolbox: Remote Support and Cognitive Assistance for Skilled Trades with Osra+.” It highlighted how digital assistance can complement existing tools and workflows without interrupting the task at hand.

The event offered an ideal setting to demonstrate how Osra+ can help skilled-trade businesses improve knowledge transfer, support field teams, and increase service efficiency.
